Simply fill in the online registration form below to apply to H.O.S Sports Resources. You MUST include a valid Email Address; otherwise you would not be contacted. You MUST be aged 15 - 25 If not your application will be rejected.

Registration Requirements:
-A registration fee of $65 (we accept credit/debit cards through our secure page)
-Training Pictures and or demo Videos of the player (s)
-A detailed Resume
-An international Passport
-Identity Booklet

Important message.
If your nationality requires a visa to enter any of the country our camp is located, you need to apply for our camp earlier. Deadline is ten weeks before schedule, due to government policies of issuing necessary document's for the visa application. Necessary documentation will be provided to enable our player secure the necessary entry clearance i.e. An Invitation Letter et all.
